Shipping policy

As a general rule, packages are sent within 72 hours following receipt and confirmation of payment, through a transport agency and with a tracking code. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as transportation costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all products in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to the package after shipping, as the responsibility falls on the shipping company, but we do everything possible to adequately protect all fragile products.
